Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 98win reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. 98win will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where credentials were shared or compromised by the account holder.

98win applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as a standard part of account operation. KYC verification is required before a player's first withdrawal request can be processed, and may also be requested at any point during account use if there are grounds for verification.

Accepted documents for KYC typically include government-issued photo IDs valid in the Philippines. You may be asked to provide proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Providing false, forged, or misleading documents during KYC is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on 98win are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through Philippine local payment channels, which may include mobile banking, online bank transfers, and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

Key conditions that apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

General bet settlement rules:

• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional structures in ways not intended by the offer terms, including multi-accounting to claim offers multiple times.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets for the purpose of guaranteed profit regardless of outcome through systematic exploitation of pricing differences.
• Exploiting errors — knowingly taking advantage of technical glitches, pricing errors, or system faults to generate artificial winnings.
• Money laundering — using 98win for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or other financial crimes.

98win cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the Philippines in the event of suspected financial crime or fraud involving platform accounts.

98win is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all players. Online gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

Players aged 21 and above are eligible to register. 98win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation.
• Account inactivity exceeding a defined period, subject to any applicable notice.
• Request by the account holder to close their own account.

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and pending transaction reviews. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98win's liability to any player is limited to the verified real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event. 98win is not liable for:

• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits not yet credited to an account.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 98win's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder was responsible for credential security.
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game RTPs, or promotional material.

98win makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates without errors, but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur.
